Coordinator's meeting September 2020

Due to COVID pandemic situation, the team of coordinators of the project met on 7th September 2020, to review the current situation in each country and propose an alternative plan of activities. Current mobilities and regular activities cannot be executed, and we all agreed we have tomake adjustments and the activities should be adapted to the teachers’ and students’ needs. We decided we will continue working on Google Docs programe and prepare Kahoot quizzes in order to check and evaluate the knowledge of the programe. In order to expand and vesratile the activities we we have decided to work with Canva online program and create postcards presenting our countries, cities, schools. The Czech team is going to prepare a Canva video tutorial to help the students with the use of the program. In December 2020, we are planning a video conference consisting of teachers and students to exchange views on the current situation, distance learning, using Google Docs and Canva programs.
